Who we are
This website is operated by Unifinancial Solutions Limited, trading as Unifi Advisory Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16085837. Our registered office is 5 Tewin Court, Welwyn Garden City, England, AL7 1AU.

What personal data we collect
We collect personal data directly from you when you:
- fill in our contact/enquiry form;
- book a call using our online booking calendar (Calendly); or
- email or call us directly.
Depending on how you get in touch, this may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, employee count and revenue band (given voluntarily to help us scope advice), the services you're interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Important: our contact form does not send your details to this website or to any server we run. When you click "Send enquiry", your device opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to George@unifinancialsolutions.co.uk. Whether to actually send it is up to you, and the message travels directly from your email account to ours — this website never receives, transmits or stores it.
Why we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide the accountancy or tax information you asked for (legitimate interests, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract);
- arrange and hold a call you've booked via Calendly (performance of a contract, and your consent to load the booking calendar itself — see Cookies below); and
- once you become a client, keep the records our professional and legal obligations require (legal obligation) — for example, retaining accounting and tax records for the periods set by HMRC and our professional body, ICAEW.
We do not use your information for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Who we share your information with
- Calendly, LLC — if you choose to book a call, the details you enter (name, email, chosen time) are processed directly on Calendly's platform under Calendly's own privacy policy;
- our hosting and content-delivery providers (our web host, Google Fonts, and the cdnjs/jsDelivr networks that serve this site's scripts) — these may log IP addresses automatically as a normal part of delivering web pages, but we don't use them for tracking or analytics; and
- HMRC, ICAEW or other regulators, where we're legally required to.
We don't otherwise share your information with third parties.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiry form messages: as explained above, these aren't stored by our website at all — retention is governed by your own and our email provider's normal mailbox policies.
- Calendly bookings: kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up your call, in line with Calendly's own retention settings.
- Client records: where a client relationship is formed, we retain accounting and tax-related records for the period required by HMRC and ICAEW (typically at least 6 years), after which they're securely destroyed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, where applicable;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data;
- ask for your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time where we're relying on it — for example, by choosing "Necessary only" on the cookie banner.
